Coaching sessions may take place by telephone or in person depending on your location and preference. All prospective clients are invited to a 30-minute complimentary session.

Coaching packages are billed at the beginning of the month as The Full Package: 4 one-hour sessions or The Half Package: 2 one-hour sessions. All packages include e-mail support between sessions. Session rate is $128.
